For my agency work, I will try my best to find the best and suitable tutor for the students. I help to test the tutors so that tutors that are not strong academically or not familiar with the syllabus or answering techniques will be filtered out. I help to interview so that impatient or irresponsible tutors (as i deem fit) will not be referred too. That is what I can do to ensure better quality tutors reach these students. 🙂
